A Gift Voucher for a pet portrait makes a fantastic surprise for someone special. They are ideal if you have thought of buying a pet portrait, but haven't been able to get hold of the 'right' photograph of their pet, or you simply want to leave it to them to choose the photo.
If you buy a gift voucher, I will send a hand made card either to you or directly to your recipient on your behalf (in which case you would need to email me with their address and any message you would like included).
The Rowantree Studios special offer of a free photo shoot to those living locally still applies, so this can be organised by the recipient of your voucher prior to the portrait being drawn. (see FAQ page for more details)

Terms and condition of Rowantree Studios Gift Vouchers
1. Each Gift Voucher has a unique code that must be quoted when the recipient wishes to redeem it. The recipient should simply contact Rebecca to arrange the portrait or the photoshoot (where applicable).
2. If you choose to buy online, you will be taken to PayPal to make a secure online transaction. If you do not already have a PayPal account, you will be required to set one up. This usually only takes a few minutes, and is free of charge.
3. If you would prefer not to pay online, Rowantree Studios does accept other methods of payment such as cheques or postal orders. Please contact Rebecca directly with your order request.
4. When you buy a Gift Voucher, you will be prompted in PayPal to enter your address details. The Gift Voucher will be dispatched to you within 2-3 working days.
5. The Gift Voucher represents the maximum value of the portrait, but should the recipient wish to have a portrait of greater value, this is possible provided the difference is paid for.
6. Gift Vouchers are available with a cat, dog or horse theme. Please specify which you would prefer (this can be done either in the comments section on PayPal, or contact Rebecca by email).
7. Rowantree Studios Gift Vouchers are redeemable for 18 months after the issue date (an expiry date will be included on the voucher). You will only be able to redeem the voucher once.
8. A completion date for the portrait cannot be given at the time of purchase as it is dependent on the recipient contacting Rowantree Studios to redeem the voucher. The turnaround time for a portrait is dependent on Rebecca's workload, but she will be able to give an estimated date of completion once the photos have been submitted and the portrait format agreed upon.
